Chicago Realtor Gail Spreen hired us to design a new website for her company Streeterville Properties. The existing site was boring and dated and not very real-estate focused. Gail wasn’t even listed there, only her relationship with Jameson Sotheby.
She wanted the website very focused on Streeterville, the neighborhood she’s lived in, supported and sold homes and condos in for 30 years. That meant including community happenings and the history of Streeterville, one of Chicago’s oldest and most fascinating neighborhoods, and the wealth of cultural establishments, outstanding restaurants and shops and things to do.
The new WordPress website checks all the boxes. It immediately says “Streeterville.” Gail had some great photos and drone-shot footage which we used to show off “must see” spots.
Current real estate listings are on a page called Properties We Love. Click on a property to see a video or get more information. It’s all very user friendly and easy to find what you’re looking for. A vast improvement over their old site.
